(18) Set request action

The request action is one of the most relevant actions that can be carried out by end customers.

  1. In the tutorial tab, select the item 17. set request action.
  2. Scroll down in the open sidebar until you find a box labeled Requests.
  3. Select this.
  4. You will now find the settings in the opened area. These are already well preset.
  5. Enter your e-mail in the "Internal e-mail address" area so that the system can send you e-mails when you make an inquiry.
  6. In the "Contact form" area, you can set which queries are to be made by the end customer.
tip

If your configurator uses the Basic license of K3.Veranda, the system will inform you at this point that you cannot view customer inquiries in this version.
The configurator will still function fully up to this point, but you will not be able to view the requests in the configurations table, nor will the system send you e-mails.
For this use case, you must therefore upgrade your configurator to license
