(8) Set profile dimensions

In the following step, we would like to take care of the profile dimensions.

1. To do this, select 8. set profile dimensions in the tutorial tab
2. This will take you to the Model selection feature in the sidebar
3. In the table shown, you will find one row for each roof type (model) offered.
4. In each row (i.e. for each model) you will find several columns, relevant here: Post, Gutter and Rafter.
5. You can change these dimensions by double-clicking on the corresponding cell
6. Please keep to the formatting HxW - cross-section (height and width) of the profile in cm. For a rafter, for example, this could be "10x5".
7. If you change these values, you can see the effects directly in the visualization

tip

We basically use simple geometries for the 3D visualization.
You can therefore control the dimensions of the mullions, gutters and rafters very easily here.
The parameters don't have to be perfect. Simply set them so that you like the visualization.
