Where can I see the orders?

When the customer completes his configuration, it is first saved and then sent to you and the customer by PDF and e-mail or placed in the shopping cart of your store, whatever you have specified.

You can of course view the saved configurations:

View configurations​

  • Go to the start page.
  • Click on the list icon under the configurator you are interested in.
  • The list of all saved configurations appears.
  • You have several filter options above the list:
    • Under Order action you can filter configurations according to the action that was used to save them.
    • Under Type, a distinction is made between normal configurations, inspirations (see below) and AR. The latter are the configurations that were saved so that the customer could start an augmented reality view.
  • In the list header, you have the option to search more precisely, change the displayed columns and export a CSV file.
  • You can also see the status of each configuration here:
    • draft: The configuration has only been saved
    • quoted: A mail with PDF has been sent to the customer
    • basket: The configuration was placed in the shopping cart of a store
    • Ordered: The configuration was purchased in the store
    • forwarded: The configuration was originally ordered from a dealer, but the dealer has forwarded the order to you.
  • a tick in the Edit column allows you to note whether the configuration has already been processed by you.

View a configuration​

  • You have three options under Options:
    • You can start the configurator with the configuration.
    • You can view the configuration
    • ... or delete it.
  • When you view a configuration, you can see the following fields:
    • Code is the unique code with which the configuration is started.
    • Price is the total price.
    • Inspiration makes this configuration an inspiration (see below)
    • Customer shows the customer data.
    • Content shows the technical content of the configuration.
