Can I undo changes?

Yes - via releases and versions:

Publications​

Generally speaking, changes that you make are not immediately shown to your customers. You can therefore update your configurator to the latest version at your leisure. Only when you veröffentlichen it will your customers see your changes.

Versions​

A new version of your configurator is created with every release.

You can also view these versions:

  • Switch to the editor.
  • Click on Publications in the right-hand sidebar
  • You will now see a list of all past publications.

Click on the icon behind a publication to reset the configurator to the status of this publication of this publication. This change is also initially only visible to you - your customers will only see this change, after they have published the current version again.

Please note that this action will discard all your current changes. The recycle bin will also be emptied.

Import into a configurator​

You can achieve a very similar effect if you have exported a configurator. You can import the exported file into an existing configurator under Options.

In contrast to a normal import, which creates a new configurator, all configurations are retained Configurations are retained.
